Environment

Infobip recognizes the far-reaching impacts of climate change and is committed to taking meaningful action to address these challenges. Our climate action is guided by our Global Environmental Policy and Sustainable Sourcing Policy, which establish expectations for our own practices and our business partners. In 2024, we enhanced our carbon accounting practices by adopting dedicated carbon accounting software. This transition increased automation and transparency and improved the accuracy and completeness of our Scope 1, 2, and 3 emissions reporting.

Our total location-based emissions in 2024 were 154.270 tCO2e. While the majority of energy still comes from non-renewable sources, 28% of the energy consumed across the colocated data centers we use originated from renewable sources, based on renewable energy certificates in the regions where we operate.

Infobip is actively managing electronic waste generated by its offices and data centers. Refurbishment, employee buyouts, and donations of equipment are central to this approach, with more than 200 laptops and other IT devices donated to schools and NGOs in 2024, supporting both environmental responsibility and digital inclusion.
